BIRTHDAY CRISIS -
FRIDAY LUNCH & LEARN
Description:
Friday "lunch and learn" from 12-1 pm. (EVERY OTHER FRIDAY ONLY)

Discuss real issues that are encountered every day in the homes.

Collectively seek creative tools and techniques to navigate the clients through daily routines.

Apply principles of DCP classes to problem solve and seek areas for us to become better.

Understand ourselves and how we can positively impact the situations in front of us.

We reinforce our home operations with best practices and logical solutions.

This goes in 6 week blocks. They would continue every other Friday thereafter.
THESE ARE DCS APPROVED COURSES/CURRICULUM
Designed so by the end of the year (or sooner if you have an inspection need) your employees will have hours of training with class certificates.

Annual total: 25 HOURS OF CERTIFIED TRAINING
